Jake Lipton is the Associate Broker and Founder of PPG at Coldwell Banker Preferred, and has been a REALTOR® since 2003. After working as an agent for 13 years, he received his Brokers License and opened RE/MAX Premier Properties in Bear, Delaware in 2017. After finding great success in his own brokerage, he decided to start anew and founded the Premier Properties Group at Coldwell Banker November, 2022.
Jake is an Associate Broker for Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and has worked with many individuals, investors, and developers on a multitude of transactions including, residential, new construction, land, short sales, and investments properties.
As an agent, he was awarded #2 RE/MAX Agent in closed transactions in the state of Delaware in 2017 and #3 in 2018, he is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, was Recognized in RealTrends ranking in 2021 for his production in 20th place out of 4,000 individual agents in DE, and multiple years RealTrends top 1.5% of REALTORS® nationwide. He was nominated for NCCBOR Realtor of the year award in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and won the NCCBOR Spirit Award in 2022. He is also currently in the top 1.5% of Realtors Nationwide according to RealTrends.
Jake has been a member of NCCBOR, DAR, and NAR since 2003, and participated in NAR legislative meetings in the past and will continue to support.
He served on the NCCBOR Board of Directors since 2020, and the 2020 DAR bylaws committee, and is the current DAR treasurer.
He was chair of the NCCBOR and DAR Young Professionals Network Committee in 2021, and created their social media site and created and publicized its first event with a gathering and support of hundreds of agents and affiliates.
